Palais Hoyos-Sprinzenstein ligger i den 4. Wiener bydel Wieden, Hoyosgasse 5–7. Det bærer sit navn efter sin bygherre, adelsfamilien Hoyos-Sprinzenstein.
Det sene historistiske lejlighedspalæ blev bygget i to etaper. I 1899 opførte arkitektfirmaet Bauqué og Pio bygningen på Gußhausstraße 8, som blev udført af Heinrich og Franz Glaser. I 1901 blev bygningen på Mattiellistraße planlagt af Viktor Siedek og udført af bygmester Karl Stiegler. Palæet er i dag en bolig.
