Buna er en kort flod i Bosnien-Hercegovina; det er en venstre biflod til Neretva. Dens kilde, en stærk karstisk kilde, ligger nær landsbyen Blagaj, sydøst for Mostar. Den er bedst kendt for Buna-kilden, en af de stærkeste kilder i Europa med ekstremt koldt vand. Buna flyder vestpå i cirka 9 km, starter ved Blagaj og snor sig gennem landsbyerne Blagaj, Kosor, Malo Polje, Hodbina og møder Neretva ved bebyggelsen Buna. Bunica-floden er den primære venstre biflod til Buna.
