Il Buna è un breve fiume in Bosnia ed Erzegovina; è un affluente della sponda sinistra del Neretva. La sua sorgente, una forte sorgente carsica, si trova vicino al villaggio di Blagaj, a sud-est di Mostar. È meglio conosciuto per la Sorgente di Buna, una delle sorgenti più potenti d'Europa e con acqua estremamente fredda. Il Buna scorre verso ovest per circa 9 km, parte da Blagaj e si snoda attraverso i villaggi di Blagaj, Kosor, Malo Polje, Hodbina e si unisce al Neretva presso l'insediamento di Buna. Il fiume Bunica è il principale affluente della sponda sinistra del Buna.
