Ter Kameren-klosteret var et cistercienserkloster beliggende i den brusselse kommune Elsene. Siden den sydlige udvidelse af Brussel ligger størstedelen i kommunen Bruxelles og en mindre del i Elsene. Ter Kameren-klosteret blev grundlagt i det 13. århundrede af hertugen af Brabant og Nedre Lorraine, Henrik I, og hans hustru Mathilde og blev opført ved kilden til Maalbeek i dalen af Pennebeke. Klosteret blev kaldt "Camera beatae Mariae". Det blev oprindeligt også kaldt Klosteret i Pennebeke. I første omgang blev klosteret oprettet uafhængigt af kapitlet fra den nærliggende Sankt Gudula-kirke; klosteret blev først anerkendt 30 år senere af Sankt Gudula-kapitlet.
