Den Onze-Lieve-Vrouwebasilika i Tongre-Notre-Dame, en del af den belgiske by Chièvres, er en romersk-katolsk sognkirke og basilika. Kirken er designet af arkitekten J.F. Demarbaix og er den mindste basilika i Belgien.
Den 1. februar 1081 ser en vis Hector, herre af stedet, en åbenbaring af Jomfru Maria i sin have. Jomfruen er omgivet af lys og musik. En time senere er der ikke mere tilbage af statuen, som præsten fra landsbyen Tongre hurtigt satte i sin kirke.
