En perroen (fransk: perron) er en søjle af hård sten med en rigssphere i form af en fyrrekogle med et kors. Perroens findes i steder, der tilhørte det tidligere prinsbispedømme Liège, navnlig i de såkaldte Gode Stader. Det er et symbol på frihed, autonomi og retfærdighed. I mange byer markerede perroen det sted, hvor der blev talt ret. Oprindelsen af symbolet er uklar og måske hedensk. Det valonske ord perron er en forstørrelsesform af pierre (sten), altså en stor sten.
