Katedralen St. Michael og St. Gudula er en kirke i det gamle centrum af Bruxelles, i Brabants gotik.
Byggearbejdet på katedralen begyndte i begyndelsen af det 13. århundrede under ledelse af hertug Henrik I af Brabant. Indtil opdelingen af bispedømmet Malines i 1961 var det en kollegial kirke, som var viet til St. Michael, og hvor der i 1047 blev oprettet et kapitel til ære for St. Gudula.
