Louvain-la-Neuve er en universitetsby i den belgiske provins Waals-Brabant og en del af byen Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve. Louvain-la-Neuve ligger cirka 20 kilometer sydøst for Bruxelles og er specifikt bygget til at huse Université catholique de Louvain. Det er derfor en planlagt by, grundlagt i 1970'erne. Det særlige ved byen er, at den ligger i en dal, hvorpå der er anlagt en stor betonplade, 'dalle universitaire', der understøtter byen. I byens centrum er der næsten ingen biler at se, da de kører på veje under centrum, hvor også forskellige parkeringshuse findes. Overalt er der anlagt elevatorer, hvorigennem man kan bevæge sig mellem de to niveauer. Også alle butikker bliver forsynet fra undergrunden.
