Nr. 7. Z.g. "Hotel de Londres" jf. erker. Bredde hus med tre trav. og tre bygninger under saddeltag (mekaniske tagsten) med to kvistvinduer under skifer tag. Ombygget på foranledning af A. Van Coillie i 1920. Murstenslistefacade, vekslende med natursten, i dag malet, hvilket har skjult det billedlige effekt og muret mosaikker. Ordnerende pilastre og midterrisalit med halvrunde erker og tagvindue forsynet med en indsvunget top. På stueetagen flankerer profilerede pilastre de korvbueformede vinduer (914). SAR 54/1920.
