Maillen er en landsby i den belgiske provins Namur og en delkommune af Assesse. Det var indtil 1. januar 1977 en selvstændig kommune. Landsbyen har cirka 650 indbyggere. Maillen domineres af en neogotisk kirke, som nogle få huse og gårde er grupperet omkring. Landbrug er derfor den vigtigste erhvervsgren. Ved den nærliggende N4 ligger et lille område med småskala industriel aktivitet. I den sydlige del af delkommunen ligger husstanden Ivoy.
