Sugny er en landsby i den belgiske provins Namur og en delkommune af Vresse-sur-Semois. Sugny ligger i et skovrigt område nær den franske grænse.
Sugny blev en kommune i 1823 og omfattede dengang også landsbyerne Pussemange og Bagimont. Disse blev selvstændige kommuner i 1859, indtil de i 1965 blev forenet med Sugny ved en første kommunesammenlægning. Den 1. januar 1977 blev Sugny en delkommune af Vresse-sur-Semois og flyttet fra provinsen Luxembourg til provinsen Namur.
