Sugny è un comune nella provincia belga di Namur e una frazione di Vresse-sur-Semois. Sugny si trova in una zona boschiva vicino al confine francese.
Sugny divenne comune nel 1823 e comprendeva anche i villaggi di Pussemange e Bagimont. Questi divennero comuni autonomi nel 1859, fino a tornare sotto Sugny in una prima fusione municipale nel 1965. Il 1 gennaio 1977, Sugny divenne una frazione di Vresse-sur-Semois e fu trasferita dalla provincia del Lussemburgo alla provincia di Namur.
