Sugny es una aldea en la provincia belga de Namur y una sección de Vresse-sur-Semois. Sugny se encuentra en un entorno boscoso cerca de la frontera francesa.
Sugny se convirtió en un municipio en 1823 e incluía entonces también las aldeas de Pussemange y Bagimont. Estas se convirtieron en municipios independientes en 1859, hasta que en una primera fusión municipal en 1965 volvieron a unirse a Sugny. El 1 de enero de 1977, Sugny se convirtió en una sección de Vresse-sur-Semois y fue transferido de la provincia de Luxemburgo a la provincia de Namur.
