Manhay er en by og kommune i provinsen Luxembourg i Belgien. Kommunen har lidt over 3000 indbyggere. Kommunen ligger helt i Ardennerne, og ca. 60% af territoriet er dækket af skove. Omkring 30% af den aktive befolkning arbejder i land- og skovbrug. Højden inden for kommunegrænserne varierer fra 180 meter ved Roche-à-Frêne til 643 meter nær Baraque de Fraiture. Odeigne ligger mindre end fire kilometer fra toppen af Baraque de Fraiture og ligger relativt højt, i en højde af cirka 530 meter. Kernen af Manhay ligger på en nøgle, på vanddelerlinjen mellem oplandene til Ourthe og Amblève. Vest for Manhay flyder vandet via Amante til Ourthe; øst for Manhay flyder vandet via Chavanne og Lienne til Amblève.
