Neu-Moresnet er en delkommune af den belgiske tysktalende kommune Kelmis i provinsen Liège.
Indtil den Franske Revolution tilhørte Moresnet hertugdømmet Limburg. Den øverste del af Tüljebach dannede grænsen til det Hellige Romerske Rige. Neu-Moresnet opstod under navnet Preussisk-Moresnet, da kommunen Moresnet i 1816 efter Wienerkongressen blev opdelt i tre dele. Det Forenede Kongerige Nederlandene tog den vestlige del med den navngivne landsby Moresnet, Preussen den østlige del, hvor en ny landsby Preussisch-Moresnet opstod, og den midterste del, den nuværende by Kelmis, omkring zinkminen i Altenberg / Vieille-Montagne blev et kondominium under navnet Neutralt Moresnet.
