Neu-Moresnet es una submunicipalidad del municipio belga de habla alemana de Kelmis en la provincia de Liège.
Hasta la Revolución Francesa, Moresnet formaba parte del ducado de Limburgo. La parte superior del Tüljebach constituía la frontera con el Sacro Imperio Romano Germánico. Neu-Moresnet surgió con el nombre de Moresnet Prusiano cuando el municipio de Moresnet fue dividido en tres partes tras el Congreso de Viena en 1816. El Reino Unido de los Países Bajos tomó la parte occidental con la aldea homónima de Moresnet, Prusia la parte oriental donde se creó un nuevo pueblo, Moresnet Prusiano, y la parte central, el actual lugar de Kelmis, alrededor de la mina de zinc de Altenberg / Vieille-Montagne se convirtió en un condominio bajo el nombre de Moresnet Neutral.
