Det gamle Tolhus ved Jan van Eyck Pladsen i den belgiske by Brugge består af forskellige bygninger: hjørnhuset "Det Hellige Gravn", Pijndershus, selve Tolhuset og huset "Det Vezelkin".
Selve Tolhuset ligger bag den naturstens spidsgavl. Denne bygning var oprindeligt en rummelig købmandbolig fra begyndelsen af 1200-tallet. Kvarteret udviklede sig dengang fuldt ud som handelscentrum omkring havnen i udvikling. Skibene kom ind til Brugge via Langerei og Spiegelrei. For handlende var dette stedet par excellence at opføre boliger med rummelige lagerpladser. Formodentlig i begyndelsen af det fjortende århundrede fandt kontoret for den Store Tol der husly.
