Fort Hazegras er et fort, der lå i området Hazegras, nær Zwin i kommunen Knokke-Heist, nær bebyggelsen Oosthoek).
I 1783 fandt der sammenstød sted mellem de Østrigsk-Nederlande under ledelse af kejser Joseph II og Republikken. De Østrigsk-Nederlande havde i dette år igen taget kontrol over Zwin-området, som det allerede var fastlagt i grænsetraktaten fra 1664. Til dette blev de hollandske poster fra Fort Sint-Donaas og Fort Sint-Paulus fordrevet. Republikken reagerede ved at lukke Passluis ved Sluis, hvilket gjorde afvandingen af de østrigske områder vanskeligere.
