Mellet er en landsby i den belgiske provins Hainaut og en delkommune af den walonske kommune Les Bons Villers. Mellet var en selvstændig kommune, indtil den ved kommunalreformen i 1977 blev tilføjet kommunen Les Bons Villers. Landsbyen kaldes også village des carottes af indbyggerne i de nærliggende kommuner. Dette kælenavn kommer fra den overflod af gulerodsproduktion. Gulerødder fungerer endda som symbol på de forskellige aktiviteter, der finder sted året rundt i landsbyen.
