Retinne er en landsby i den belgiske provins Liège og en delkommune af Fléron. Den ligger lige nord for centrum af Fléron. Indtil 1. januar 1977 var den en selvstændig kommune. De herlighedsrettigheder af Retinne tilhørte paladset i Meerssen. Sankt Remigiusklosteret i Reims erhvervede dette palads i 968 og omdannede det til Proosdij af Meerssen, som Retinne har været afhængig af siden da. Først i slutningen af det 16. århundrede blev herligheden solgt til en privatperson, for i 1659 at komme i besiddelse af Kartusianerkloosteret i Liège.
