Retinne es una aldea en la provincia belga de Lieja y es una parte del municipio de Fléron. Se encuentra justo al norte del centro de Fléron. Hasta el 1 de enero de 1977, fue un municipio independiente. Los derechos feudales de Retinne pertenecían al palacio de Meerssen. La abadía de San Remigio de Reims adquirió este palacio en 968 y lo transformó en la decanía de Meerssen, de la cual Retinne ha dependido desde entonces. Solo a finales del siglo XVI, la señoría fue vendida a un particular para pasar a ser propiedad del monasterio cartujo de Lieja en 1659.
