Den meget gamle landsby Ocquier (600 indb.) ligger på højlandet i Condroz i dalen ved Néblon, en biflod til Ourthe. I Chienrue, gaden hvor der blev kæmpet heftigt mod de franske tropper fra Condé i 1653, står den lille romanske kirke St. Remaclus. Tårnet, hvor landsbyboerne gemte sig i fare, stammer fra det 17. århundrede, og klosterets indre gård fra det 11. århundrede. Hotel Castel de Val d'Or, en gammel gård og skifteplads for heste, blev genopbygget efter ødelæggelsen af franskmændene.
