Zeebrugge er en landsby og badeby, beliggende ved den belgiske kyst i den brugsiske delkommune Lissewege. Zeebrugge har 4.301 indbyggere og er især kendt for den nærliggende havn, den største ved den belgiske kyst. Navnet Zeebrugge blev først nævnt i 1899, da der var tale om anlæggelsen af en fiskehavn ved Zeebrugge havn. Før det talte man om Bruges Hav havet eller Port de Bruges et de Heyst.
