Bon-Secours er en landsby i den belgiske provins Hainaut og en delkommune af den walonske by Péruwelz. Bon-Secours ligger tæt på den franske grænse og er især kendt som et pilgrimsmål for Basilikaen af Vor Frue af God Hjælp.
Bon-Secours var en husstand fra Péruwelz. I 1907 blev Bon-Secours adskilt fra Péruwelz som en selvstændig kommune, udvidet med noget territorium fra kommunen Blaton.
