Bon-Secours es una aldea en la provincia belga de Hainaut y un municipio del ciudad valona de Péruwelz. Bon-Secours está cerca de la frontera francesa y es especialmente conocido como lugar de peregrinación por la Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Buen Socorro.
Bon-Secours era un caserío de Péruwelz. En 1907, Bon-Secours se separó de Péruwelz como un municipio independiente, ampliado con parte del territorio del municipio de Blaton.
