Heure-le-Romain er en by og delkommune i den belgiske provins Liège. Heure-le-Romain har siden den store kommunale omorganisering i 1977 været en del af kommunen Oupeye.
Heure le Romain blev skrevet på latin som: Ora Romana, eller den romanske grænse. Det hollandske navn for stedet er Romaans-Heur, som modstykke til Diets-Heur i provinsen Limburg.
