Sinsin er en landsby i den belgiske provins Namur og en delkommune af Somme-Leuze. Sinsin ligger omkring elleve kilometer sydvest for landsbyens centrum i Somme-Leuze.
Under det Ancien Régime bestod Sinsin af to sammenhængende steder, adskilt af en lille flod. I nordøst lå landsbyen Sinsin-Petite, der tilhørte Fyrstbispedømmet Liège. I sydvest lå Sinsin-Grande, der tilhørte Hertugdømmet Luxembourg. På Ferraris-kortet fra 1770'erne er denne situation repræsenteret med landsbyen Petit Sinsen i Fyrstbispedømmet Liège og selvejet Grand Sinsen i den luxembourgske enklave.
