De Zaat (dialekt for 'skibyggeri') er den tidligere Boelwerfsite, et område på 87 hektar, der blev omdannet til bolig- og KMO-zone. Den tidligere administrative kompleks af Boelwerf er blevet strålende restaureret og huser nu kommunale tjenester. Der blev også anlagt en ny marina ved De Zaat. Klubhuset er åbent for alle som en tavern. Tagterrassen giver dig en spektakulær udsigt over Schelde og Temse.
