La Zaat (dialetto per 'cantiere navale') è l'ex sito di Boelwerf, un terreno di 87 ettari che è stato riqualificato come zona residenziale e per PMI. L'ex complesso amministrativo di Boelwerf è stato splendidamente restaurato e ora ospita i servizi comunali. Alla Zaat è stato allestito anche un nuovo porto turistico. Il clubhouse è aperto a tutti come taverna. La terrazza offre una vista spettacolare sul fiume Schelda e su Temse.
