Vidste du, at du kan bruge bladene fra ramsløg, når de ikke blomstrer, råhakkede i salater og supper. De har smag som purløg, løg eller hvidløg. Især bladene lugter ved gnidning af hvidløg og løg. I Tyskland har ramsløg nydt stor popularitet i de seneste år og bliver blandt andet brugt til pesto, marinader samt i brød ('Bärlauchbrot') og ost. Men det er generelt bedre at holde sig væk fra disse planter og lade dem stå. Ved indsamling af bladene er der risiko for forveksling med blade fra andre planter, såsom liljekonval, plettede aronskov og efterårssæd, som er giftige. Årligt sker der ofre på grund af denne forveksling.
