Den Japanske Have i Hasselt er en forlængelse af Kapermolenparken. Med et areal på 2,5 hektar er det den største japanske have i Europa. Haven er designet af Inoue Takuyuki. Hasselt gav Itami et klokketårn i november 1991, og Hasselt fik en japansk have som et symbol på venskab.
