Ruinerne af slottet Montaigle ligger i Falaën, en delkommune i den belgiske kommune Onhaye.
I Montaigle, i den maleriske dal Molignée, blev der fundet spor af menneskelig tilstedeværelse fra mindst 7000 f.Kr. Mellem 250 og 400 e.Kr. var den 160 m høje klippe et skjulested for den gallo-romerske befolkning. På dette sted fik Gilles de Berlaymont bygget en befæstet bolig. I 1298 blev denne solgt til Gwijde af Dampierre. Derefter blev hans søn og efterfølger Gwijde af Namen ejer. Han lod i 1309 opføre en borg.
