Isla Vas-t'y-Frotte er en lille flodø beliggende i Maas-floden, i Belgien, nær byerne Jambes og La Plante. Øen er 700 meter lang og omfatter cirka tre hektar. Øen er beskyttet og reserveret. Plantager med træer som elletræet trives nu sammen med andre forskellige arter.
