Lex-bygningen er en højhuse af regeringskontorer i det europæiske kvarter i Bruxelles. Det er en annexbygning til Rådet for Den Europæiske Union og er beliggende på Rue de la Loi/Wetstraat 145.
Arbejdet begyndte i 2001, med konstruktion der startede i 2004, da den gamle bygning blev revet ned. Den blev færdiggjort i 2006. Bygningen blev bygget og ejes af Lex 2000 selskabet, hvor Rådet har langvarig leje af bygningen og mulighed for at købe. På grund af stigningen i kontorplads har Lex 2000 været nødt til at finansiere renoveringen af nærliggende lejligheder som kompensation.
