Basilikaen af Vor Frue af Kortenbos, officielt Basilikaen af Maria Himmelfarts, er en kirke i Kortenbos i den belgiske kommune Sint-Truiden. Valfartsnyet er helliget Vor Frue, som der findes en statue, der er særligt æret i Kortenbos. Basilikaen i Kortenbos er samtidig en sognedegn for et sogn, der omfatter dele af Alken, Kozen, Zepperen og Melveren. Norbertinerne fra Averbode kloster er tjenere for Kortenbos sogn.
