Sint-Jansbergklosteret er et tidligere kloster i Zelem i den belgiske provins Limburg. Klosteret hed oprindeligt Sint-Jansdal og er opkaldt efter Sankt Johannes Døberen.
Dette kloster, af Kartusianerordenen, blev grundlagt i 1329 af Herren af Diest og hans anden kone, Johanna af Flandern. I løbet af det 14. og 15. århundrede udvidede klosteret sig. Men det blev ødelagt af Willem af Oranjes tropper i 1582. Hermed gik også et meget vigtigt bibliotek tabt.
