Net uden for Boekenbergparken ligger Unitas Havebyen, et design af arkitekt Eduard Van Steenbergen. Kvarteret opstod fra 1924 og består af 202 boliger i engelsk cottage-stil. Van Steenbergen udnyttede populariteten af havebyer. Det var urbane områder, som man gav en landsbymæssig karakter.
Unitas-boligerne ligner hinanden meget, men Van Steenbergen sørgede for subtile forskelle i for eksempel snedkerarbejdet eller de anvendte farver. Justeringer gennem årene har dog ændret udseendet en smule. En forvaltningsplan fra 2018 ønsker at genoprette det oprindelige udseende.
