Warmifontaine er en landsby i den belgiske provins Luxembourg. Det ligger i Grapfontaine, en deelgemeente af byen Neufchâteau. Landsbyens centrum ligger mere end tre kilometer sydvest for Neufchâteaus bycentrum. Ved slutningen af det ancien régime blev Warmifontaine en kommune, men denne blev opløst i 1823 og lagt ind under Straimont, og i 1828 blev det en del af den nye kommune Straimont-Grapfontaine. Den kommune blev opløst igen i 1837, og Warmifontaine blev nu indlemmet i den nye kommune Grapfontaine.
