Tidligere modelgård fra den belgiske Landmandsforening, nu indrettet til gårdturisme. Grundlagt i 1927 som en modelgård under ledelse af ingeniør J. Steps efter køb af en afbrændt del af Buggenhoutskoven. Oprindeligt landbrugsområde på 145 ha hvoraf en tredjedel er eng med cirka 300 svin og 40 køer, vedligeholdt af kun 15 medarbejdere takket være avanceret automatisering. Til virksomheden hørte også en elektrisk brønd, en kornmølle, en kogekedel og et lille mejeri. Om sommeren kunne gården besøges om søndagen.
