Stationsbygning fra begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede, beliggende syd for Lodewijk Engelbertus van Arenberg-pladsen og vest for overgangen ved Naamsesteenvejen. Stationen ligger langs linje 139 Leuven-Ottignies, der blev anlagt af "Chemins de fer de Louvain à Charleroi" og åbnet den 12. februar 1855. De tre stationer på denne linje på flamsk område er stadig bevaret (Heverlee, Oud-Heverlee og Sint-Joris-Weert). Staten tog ved slutningen af det 19. århundrede flere private selskaber over, herunder også "Grand Central Belge", som stod for linjen Leuven-Charleroi. Efter overtagelsen af staten blev flere ældre stationer fra disse private selskaber erstattet, herunder også stationerne i Heverlee og Sint-Joris-Weert. Stationsbygningen blev bygget efter typen fra 1895 og skulle være opført omkring 1904.
