Torréfaktor og stor samler af aromaer, Albert Smets er virkelig, som navnet på virksomheden så godt angiver, en kaffehåndværker. I hans installationer i Verlaine tilbyder han, udover salg af sine lækre produkter, en disk med lokale specialiteter, samt guidede ture, der giver mulighed for at se, og især at dufte til kaffebønnerne i fuld ristning. En smagning følger besøget. Det skal bemærkes, at hr. Smets også tilbyder levering til døren af sine lækre produkter, men også installation af kaffemaskiner, der perfekt distillerer de dyrebare blandinger, der laves i hans værksteder.
