Den nuværende bygning har en middelalderlig oprindelse, som ses på det firkantede slotstårn og den cirkulære vold af flint. Indgangen ligger overfor tårnet, og den mangehjørnet indre gård kombinerer mursten med granit. Waroux Slot er et af de sjældne belgiske slotte i cirkelform. I dag udgør slottet af og til kulissen for kulturelle begivenheder.
