Her blev mere end halvdelen af fyrretræerne fældet for at 'forvandle' skovbestandet på længere sigt fra en homogen fyrplantning til en blandet skov med løv- og nåletræsarter. Lysningen sørger for, at mere lys når skovbunden, og du kan se effekten her: foryngelse af birk, sorbus, spork og sommereg er allerede dukket op.
