Losheimergraben er en lille landsby, der tilhører Manderfeld, som selv er en delkommune af den belgiske kommune Büllingen og den tyske kommune Hellenthal. Den ligger på begge sider af den belgisk-tyske grænse. Landsbyen består af et par huse og en rundkørsel, hvor N626 mod Manderfeld og N632 mod Büllingen mødes. Den tyske Bundesstraße 265 fra Schleiden til Prüm er forbundet med denne rundkørsel via to forbindelsesveje.
