Oosteeklo er en landsby i den belgiske provins Østflandern og en delkommune af Assenede.
Oosteeklo er en del af Meetjesland. Den var en selvstændig kommune indtil slutningen af 1976. Den har et areal på 16,82 km² og havde den 1. september 2008 2692 indbyggere. Kirken ligger 9 meter over havets overflade.
