Pouhon Pia er en kilde i den belgiske kommune Spa. Kilden ligger syd for Spa i skoven cirka 100 meter fra Chemin des Fontaines. Et par meter fra kilden løber en bæk ned ad skråningen. Vandet fra kilden stammer fra Malchamps myr og er jern- og kulsyreholdigt. Kilden ligger i en højde af 400 meter. Ved siden af kilden står et læskur.
