Outremeuse er et kvarter i den belgiske kommune og by Liège. Den 31. december 2015 havde kvarteret 9799 indbyggere.
Navnet Outremeuse betyder på den anden side af Maas. Siden anlægget af afvandingskanalen i det 19. århundrede har det været en lille ø, hvor floderne Ourthe og Maas mødes. Tidligere hed det Entre Ourthe et Meuse. Prins-biskoppen af Liège Ernst af Bayern havde sit palads i dette kvarter, som han gav afkald på for at gøre det til et hospital.
