Outremeuse ist ein Stadtteil der belgischen Gemeinde und Stadt Lüttich. Am 31. Dezember 2015 hatte der Stadtteil 9799 Einwohner.
Der Name Outremeuse bedeutet "jenseits der Maas". Seit dem Bau des Entwässerungskanals im 19. Jahrhundert ist es eine kleine Insel an der Stelle, wo die Flüsse Ourthe und Maas zusammenfließen. Zuvor hieß es Entre Ourthe et Meuse. Der Palast des Fürstbischofs von Lüttich, Ernst von Bayern, stand in diesem Stadtteil, er wurde von ihm für den Bau eines Krankenhauses zur Verfügung gestellt.
