Outremeuse è un quartiere del comune e della città belghe di Liegi. Il 31 dicembre 2015 il quartiere contava 9799 abitanti.
Il nome Outremeuse significa "dall'altra parte della Mosa". Dalla costruzione del canale di drenaggio nel XIX secolo, è diventata un'isola nel luogo in cui i fiumi Ourthe e Mosa si incontrano. In precedenza si chiamava Entre Ourthe et Meuse. Il palazzo del principe-vescovo di Liegi, Ernesto di Baviera, si trovava in questo quartiere, ed egli lo cedette per realizzarvi un ospedale.
