Sombekes Slot er et slot i den til den østflamske kommune Waasmunster hørende by Sombeke, beliggende på Kasteelstraat 18-22. Det menes, at det var på dette sted, at herrerne fra Sombeke havde deres sæde. De tidligst kendte herrer blev nævnt i 1448, men der er tegn på en ældre oprindelse, som går helt tilbage til slutningen af det 12. århundrede.
